Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
Why this matters
Many of our clients reach us while recovering from serious injuries. Some use screen readers, magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. We design and build cpinjuryattorneys.com so those visitors can read our content, understand their options, and contact us as easily as anyone else.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We continually review our pages, forms, and interactive components — and we improve them as standards evolve and as visitors tell us what is and is not working.
Standards & measures
Conformance target
Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological differences.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML, landmarks, and a single primary heading per page so assistive technology can navigate content reliably.
- Color contrast tested against WCAG AA thresholds for body copy and interactive elements.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, with visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and decorative images marked so screen readers can skip them.
- Form fields paired with visible labels and accessible error messaging.
- Tap targets sized for comfortable use on phones and tablets.
- Animation kept subtle, with respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference where applicable.
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party embeds (such as map widgets or video players) may not meet our internal standards. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can address it directly or provide the information in another format.
Feedback & accommodations
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of cpinjuryattorneys.com. If you run into a barrier, need information in an alternative format, or would like to request a reasonable accommodation while working with our firm, please contact us:
