• Communications consent. If you check the TCPA-consent box on a form, we record that consent along with a timestamp so we can demonstrate you authorized us to contact you about your matter.
• Technical & attribution data. We automatically receive your browser user-agent, a hashed identifier derived from your IP address, the page you submitted from, the referring URL, and any UTM, gclid, or msclkid parameters present in the link you used to reach us. We use this to understand how visitors find us and to prevent abuse.
• Cookies & similar technologies. The site uses essential cookies and local storage to keep your session, remember your language preference, and capture the attribution parameters above. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

How we use it
