I was fortunately referred to Bob Amirian by a doctor I was seeing due to an auto accident. I never thought I would get a lawyer for an accident but after having been involved in one a few years ago and getting totally abused by the insurance company I decided to go with Bob. After being involved in a severe bicycle accident , I had no idea what to do. I scavenged the internet and newspaper for an attorney competent enough to represent me. I consulted two law firms before coming across Mr. Amiriam and his California Personal Injury Attorneys. I first contacted a local law firm which fees' were outrageous. Second, I contacted California's "Number 1 bicycle accident attorney" , which proved to be a total mistake. He assured me that I had a strong case in my hands and agreed to meet with me the following week. We agreed to meet at a local Starbucks at 10am on the dot. Time passed and he was no where to be found. I called him, no answer. Then, I called his secretary and she let me know that he was running a bit late. I understood and waited, nearly 2 hours later she called me back and let me know he would not be able to make it. We rescheduled for the next day. Not surprised, the same thing happened again. That predicament clearly demonstrated that he was not taking this case seriously.

Last year i was involved in my first accident after being a driver for 16 yrs I thought this was the end of the world.
I call one of those tv lawers 4 months later my car wasn’t fix they never contacted me to give me updates or anything until i had enough and decided to call someone that would really help me out of this situation CPIA.
My friend recommended me to payam i seek some professional guidance, these guys were on top of it, I mean my lawyer payam took the time to explain the process and what i needed to do him and his team where great always giving me updates on my case. He took care of my car, my insurance, and my medical issues. (i had to go to an ortho and chiropractor and a few other doctors and didn’t pay a thing) In the end my car was pay off , I was well taken care of medically, and even had some money leftover at the end of it all.

Over a year ago I was in a horrific automobile accident. After I got in my accident ( other drivers fault) I called my insurance gave them the other persons insurance info.
